Back in mid-summer when the sun shone, we dressed the hospitality tent for PRS Music at Glastonbury Festival's John Peel Stage area.
Our brief was to create an environment that incorporated the outdoor festival feel - trees inside and psychedelic lighting - under a cover that protected our client's guests from the elements, along with a branded wall.
We achieved all of this - by sourcing a large stretch tent, the ceiling of which was lit with oil lamp psychedelic projections and dotted with life like artificial silver birch trees. We raised the floor of the tent on a platform of lite deck and built a bespoke double sided branding wall. Finding the right size stretch tent in one piece - 21m x 15m - proved the biggest challenge, but the resulting look was impressive.
We also supplied internal lighting - pea light strings, grid lights over the bar and uplighting - as well as white soft seating that contrasted with the rustic bar and tables to create a festival chill out area that brought the outside inside.
