GLD avert a last minute sting in the tale as Police bring tour to UK
September 2007

GLD were on official Police business as the reformed trio brought their award-winning global tour to the UK in September 2007. The UK leg saw the supergroup performing their many hits to fans at Birmingham's NIA, London's Twickenham Stadium, Manchester's MENA and Cardiff's Millennium Stadium – their first UK dates in over 2 decades.

GLD were on hand to provide them with their familiar backstage environment as well as create a sumptuous hospitality area for the Twickenham show.
With less than 24 hours notice, the GLD team transformed the gym at the home of English rugby, a room more suited to Lawrence’s and Johnny’s workouts, into a spectacular party area with soft seating, drapes, lighting and bar furniture for the band’s guests and VIPs.
